Ingredients:

One egg, beaten

1 cup eggnog

Two tablespoons white sugar

Two pinches of ground nutmeg

 

Directions:

The oven should be preheated to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). An 8×8-inch baking dish should be filled with 1 inch of water.

In a bowl, combine the sugar, egg, and eggnog. Pour the mixture onto two little baking dishes. Nutmeg is sprinkled on the tops. Put the baking dishes in the water-filled container. If additional water is required, add it until the sides of the smaller baking dishes are halfway up.

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes in a preheated oven or until the tops are set. Before serving, cool.
