½ cup soy sauce

Two tablespoons of oyster sauce

Three cloves garlic, peeled and crushed ground black pepper to taste

Two large Cornish game hens

Two tablespoons butter



Set the oven’s temperature to 325 °F (165 °C).

Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, and pepper in a big bowl. Cornish game hens should be mixed and marinated for 10 minutes.

Place the hens in a medium baking dish, then pour the marinade mixture over them. Bake the plate for 30 minutes in a preheated oven while covering it with foil.

Butter each fowl with 1 tablespoon after removing the dish’s cover. The oven should be raised to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Continue baking the birds for another 30 minutes, basting regularly with the marinade mixture, or until the outside is crisp and gently browned, the interior is no longer pink, and the juices run clear.
