One onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup distilled white vinegar

Two tablespoons of olive oil

One tablespoon of minced garlic

Two teaspoons salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

6 (6 ounces) lamb chops



Combine the onion, vinegar, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a sizable sealable bag. Add the lamb, close the bag, and toss to coat. Refrigerate for two hours while marinating.

Set a grill outside to medium-high heat.

Remove the lamb from the marinade, keeping any onions that adhere to the meat, and discard the marinade. Aluminum foil should be wrapped around any exposed ends of bones to prevent scorching.

For medium, let the food cook on the prepared grill for around 3 minutes per side. A center-inserted instant-read thermometer should register at least 130 degrees F (54 degrees C).
